Four Last Songs with Christian Thielemann at Musikverein Wien
Anna Netrebko reunites with conductor Christian Thielemann following the pair’s successful artistic partnership in Lohengrin at Dresden Semperoper. Together with the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden, the star soprano sings Strauss’s Four Last Songs on June 9 at Vienna’s Musikverein.
The sold-out program also hears pianist Yefim Bronfman in Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3, as well as Strauss’s Till Eulenspiegel’s Merry Pranks.
