Following her triumphs in the role in Rome, Vienna, Salzburg, and Moscow, Anna Netrebko sings her first North American performances of Puccini’s Manon Lescaut at the Metropolitan Opera, November 14 – December 3.

Starring in Richard Eyre’s film noir–inspired production under the baton of Marco Armiliato, Anna is paired with Marcelo Álvarez as Des Grieux, Christopher Maltman as Lescaut, and Brindley Sherratt as Geronte.

Fans around the world can tune into Monday, November 14’s prima, which will be broadcast live starting at 7:55 p.m. local time on the Metropolitan Opera’s website and channel on Sirius XM. Anna’s final turn in the role with the company this season will be featured as a Saturday Matinee radio broadcast on December 3.

Manon Lescaut is featured on Verismo, Anna’s latest album for Deutsche Grammophon exploring her newfound repertoire and vocal range.

Deutsche Grammophon will also release a recording of Manon Lescaut, starring Anna and Yusif Eyvazov live from this year’s Salzburg Festival, on CD and digital download December 2. Click here to pre-order.
