Anna Netrebko makes her long-awaited debut in the title role of Cilea’s Adriana Lecouvreur. Featured on her latest Grammy-nominated album, Verismo, the role marks a milestone where her career began, at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg with her mentor and celebrated conductor Valery Gergiev. Anna is also joined in these performances by her husband, tenor Yusif Eyvazov.

Appearing in only two performances on June 18 and 21, this production is part of the Mariinsky’s iconic Stars of the White Nights Festival. This near two-month cultural celebration celebrates its 25th season and includes over 190 performances of ballet, opera, and classical music.
