Anna Netrebko celebrates 50 years of the Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center

In her third appearance with the company this season, Anna Netrebko joins a starry constellation of singers to celebrate the Metropolitan Opera’s 50th anniversary at Lincoln Center.

The star soprano is joined by a number of her Met costars including Yusif Eyvazov, Piotr Beczala, Joseph Calleja, Plácido Domingo, Elīna Garanča, Mariusz Kwiecien, Željko Lučić, René Pape, and Matthew Polenzani for a sold-out gala on May 7 with James Levine, Marco Armiliato, and Yannick Nézet-Séguin trading off on the podium. Julian Crouch directs and designs the evening, with further projections by 59 Productions.
