Following a successful run of Andrea Chénier at La Scala in December, Anna Netrebko begins the new year with two performances of Manon Lescaut at the Bolshoi Theatre on January 25 and 28. Under the baton of Mo. Anton Grishanin, Netrebko portrays the title role in Adolf Shapiro’s 2016 production of Puccini’s iconic work. She is joined onstage by Yusif Eyvazov as Chevalier des Grieux, Elchin Azizov as Lescaut, and Alexander Naumenko as Geronte de Ravoir.
