Anna Makes Role Debut as Tosca in Return to Met
This Saturday, April 21, Anna Netrebko adds one of opera’s most iconic heroines to her repertoire, singing the title role in the Metropolitan Opera’s new Tosca. The production by Sir David McVicar, which premiered earlier this season, also stars Yusif Eyvazov as Cavaradossi and Michael Volle and Željko Lučić alternating as Scarpia.
