In her stage debut at the Teatro Colón, Anna gave three exceptional performances of the Puccini masterpiece. According to La Nación, “The magnificent Anna Netrebko created a Tosca for the Argentine audience to remember…From beginning to end, all her interventions, in which she applied all kinds of inflections, interpretations, subtleties and forceful vocal and artistic certainties, were admirable.” Página 12 wrote, “Netrebko definitely ate up the stage. Her appearance alone was enough to unleash the applause, which was heard several more times. To her charismatic presence, the Russian soprano added her prodigious voice and musical intelligence.” (Photos by @Colombaroli)
