ANNA RETURNED TO THE FESTSPIELHAUS BADEN-BADEN!

After an absence of four years, Anna Netrebko had the sold-out audience cheering last night at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden. Along with tenor Yusif Eyvazov, mezzo-soprano Elena Zhidkova and baritone Carles Pachon, Anna performed an all-Verdi programme, jumping straight in at the top of the programme with Lady Macbeth’s challenging letter scene. Anna will repeat the programme at the closing concert of the Chorégies d’Orange Festival on Monday, July 24.
